Yes, a happy New Year to all Dalesfans. 2013 was a very mixed year for me too. Said goodbye to several loved ones, including my Mum but many happy moments too, especially finally marrying Andy!!! Cassey - an arrow in your hair!  |

@pam: Yes. We call them arrows. I don't know what's the English term. It's one of those fireworks on a stick that you light and they shoot into the air. Well, this one went in my hair. If that ain't New Years poetry, I don't know what is. hahahaha!
It did a little Bang Bang Boom near my ear and then I had to detangle it out of my hair. It was a small one, fortunately. Still got my 2 eyes and ears.

 I'm so glad you weren't hurt with the firework! We call them bottle rockets here. The pic is a bit summery, but I thought it was nice to look forward to the warmer, sunnier summer months ahead
