I dearly hope the youtube link works. My friend sent me the video this morning. It's an update of a kitty and a barn owl. It's so heartwarming to see their friendship continue. At first I was worried, but it's clear they are both being very careful with their claws/talons. How lovely for the little owlet to have a buddy to grow up with. That person won't have a rodent problem with those two on the job

What a lovely video! The bit with the mouse reminded me of a couple of cats I once had (a Burmese and an Abyssinian, both excellent hunters) . . . they was trying to catch a mouse in the garden but the mouse had the common sense to keep running towards and underneath one of them before disappearing into the middle of some very thorny roses! Needless to say, the mouse survived the encounter.
