Look at the colours! Is it a Pileated Woodpecker or one of the flickers? One of the woodpeckers I should think. Very cheerful looking, though ...editing because I can't figure out how to spell Pileated

Oh what fab photos! I occasionally see a woodpecker in our garden but never coming onto the feeders. Lucky you!

Oh.. dashes off because I don't recognize one of the spotted woodpeckers. We used to have flickers in Tipton, Missouri. I had to rescue one from our wood stove when we first arrived. They have such a daunting beak Bless it's heart, it remembered me rescuing it though because it used to call for me every time I stepped outside. They have such a distinctive call. Sadly we don't seem to have them out here. There's a similar call, but it comes from our stellar bluejays instead.
