For Sale Barnsby Show Saddle, Dubarry Shooting Jacket and Champion Hat
Barnsby Show Saddle
17" Havana
9" d to d, XW (stamped W but I had it changed to XW when I collected it)
Waxed leather seat to provide more grip
Rolled sides to hide flaps, as the traditional style of show saddle used to have which is now rarely made. Perfect for the show ring to give a neat and unseen saddle.
Comes with Barnsby saddle cover
Absolutely stunning! Immaculate condition, was used as a one of a kind demo saddle for a short while by one of the Barnsby saddlers before being returned to the factory. They couldn't advertise it for sale as it is different to their off the shelf models and I heard about it and went and snapped it up. They told me it would cost upwards of £1,200 to have the same/similar made.
It fits Jester really well width, length and everything wise but is just ever so slightly too high at the front as he had no withers at all. I think it would have fitted Coral as she had a slight bit of wither compared to Jester. It fits my friend's cob and sec c perfectly and they don't have much withers at all. (Jester is unregistered and slightly overheight possibly with a bit of something else in him, so not a completely typical dales shape).

Brand new with tags, I bought in xmas sale from Naylors for £200 and it was one of those that you keep trying on because you can't tell if it fits or not as they hadn't got your usual size in stock and you really like it, but it is too big by quite a way and I've missed the return deadline.
