Sorry reason for not attending the DPS

Richy hurt his foot/ankle at work on Friday, so unfortunately had to attend A&E today ? Ruptured Achilles Tendon have to go to fracture clinic in the morning, more tests or possibly a scan....another on the DFs injury bench ! Richy said you can upload naked pictures of yourselves....to cheer him up
Or he might take up knitting !
Oh this is going to be a taxing patient !

...passes over my own ice packs, arnica gels and a bottle of rum or brandy for good measure here's hoping he's a good patient for you and that he's a good lad to let that mend right. I've heard they can be tricky sometimes thows on good luck vibes for good measure

Oh no, poor Richie. LOL at the naked pics - I don't think a naked one of me would cheer anyone up! Knitting sounds a better bet.

What a shame you didn't make it to the show. I didn't go either but Ali had instructions to give you both a hug from me. I'll send virtual ones instead and hope Richie's injury is a quick healing one.

Hope Richy heals quickly, though I think it can take some time with ruptured tendons, I don't recommend the naked pictures of me either, gravity has rather taken over and everything has started to sag, not a pretty sight. Definitely better off with the knitting.

As for knitting, I'm afraid I failed utterly at it. I also failed when I had my one and only cast. By the second day I ripped the sucker off and the doctor and I locked horns over me getting another one put on. She threatened to slap another on and I told her I'd rip it right off again and hey presto, she came up with an air cast instead.

I just hope Richy's a better patient than me. I'm a lousy patient and I know it.

Ouch. Sending get well quick vibes. I did rosette making and browband making whilst on my crutches. Also got traumatised by how bad daytime tv is.
