Thanks No- will stick with my 7,5t although I am being seriously spoilt learning in an 8 gear Merc thats pretty new. HGV wasnt much more expensive than doing the 7,5t test so I was advised to go for that. Glad I have as it's given me more confidence and taught me how to drive a bigger lorry. Another morning training then my test... |

Happy belated birthday, Emily. Very impressed by you going for your HGV test. Sure it will be very useful, but you will have to keep quiet about it or you will find all the box drivers will be expecting you to get them out of problems in show lorry parks!!

Failed it  Very annoyed with myself. Messed the reverse up (that I'd not had a problem with all week and done perfectly 10 mins before). Then went and did the test for 3 minors... Really could kick myself!! |
