gosh, there's some lovely photos there Zelda. Looks like you has great weather, the light on some of those is fab. The seagull one made me chuckle - did it get your lunch?

No we had already eaten, I think it was after my camera lol. The weather was fantastic, didn't wear a jacket or jumper all week  |

 so many brilliant pics!!!! Kudos to the boat tour for insisting you wear life jackets. We have hypothermia waters here, and I cringe at the people who go out in boats without them  such a simple thing to save a life. Oooh, beautiful gardens!!! *wishes for a butterfly emoticon ...wanders off to enjoy your holiday pics. Thank you for posting the link Zelda  and for taking so many photos to share. I think it's very sensible. The boating outfits here only have to have the correct number of lifejackets for the people on the boat. People have the option to put them on or not. So long as the lifejackets are available (and to be fair, they are in grabbing reach on the boat deck), then insurance says they have the option not to put them on.
That outfit looks brilliant!

Lovely pictures, you really are pretty good with your camera Zelda, much better than me, I like the seagull too and also the dolphins, some pretty spectacular scenery as well

Oooooh - you have really made me want to go back to the West coast of Scotland. Have not been up for about 15 years but I used to manage a trip (helping out on Natural History (mainly plants and birds) holidays most years in late spring. These photos have really made me keen to get back up there - a definite for next year!!

Oh yes you must go back, we love it over there, my hubbys parents retired over there so we got to know it quite well, I find it so calming and good for the soul
