 Bramble was scanned on Tuesday and we saw four healthy pups at least, vet says there could be up to twelve, but we'll settle for eight or so. As you can see bramble is very stressed by it all. But I'm getting very broody! They are due at the beginning of January. |

Good luck with them all. Is it Bramble's first litter? Try and post some puppy photos.
Lorraine (Daloumie Dales) has been Facebooking dozens of her boxer pups from a few hours old, to now they have almost all left for their new homes, and they are fantastic broody-making pups!

 you realize we broody Dalesfans will want all kinds of baby/puppy pics to oooh and ahhh and over, right? *all hooves, paws and fingers crossed for a safe delivery!

Bramble has, typically, done it with bells on! Eleven healthy pups delivered between midnight and six this morning. She was so good, I just hovered not helping but reassuring as much as possible. Photos to follow.

Mum and pups fine so far. Vet has checked them all and we are supporting bramble as much as poss. I think we'll be taking shifts for a while to make sure all stay fat and happy. We did loose one which was still born which is v sad and we've buried him in our orchard. However, twelve healthy pups is more than we could ever wish for.

Very sad about the stillborn (rip little one  ) , but Bravo on the others  I'm glad to hear Bramble and the pups are doing well after the delivery. You are going to be so so busy with that many pups, but things will also be so fun! |

Good job Bramble - she must be exhausted now? At least you can help her out for a few days, then you'll be exhausted - still - it's worth it, who can resist a puppy.
