Great news --Em will be so pleased to have a pal as well! No, not at the moment anyway, she is feeling her nose put out of joint, now that Connie has agreed to say hello to her, Em spends her time pulling faces at her and doesn't like it when I'm doing anything with Connie, she stands and bangs on her stable door for attention, she's never done this before.
As soon as she sees me in Connies field she come cantering over and stands by her fence staring and hopping from foot to foot, as if to say 'don't forget me, I'm still here'.
Hopefully when she has her shoes off they can go in together and be friends.

Oh dear, Connie sounds just like Blossom regarding electrics. Blossom refuses to believe it's a fence unless it's mesh fencing with barbed wire on top. Then I can run an electric on the interior to keep her from damaging the mesh fence, but if it's just the electrical tape or wire, she walks right through it I envy photos of other Dales standing respectfully inside simple electrical tape pens. You'll probably have some fireworks when the two girls meet if they are similar status (top dogs in previous herds), but once they decide who's the boss, things should settle down and they should become friends
