I think I can speak for everyone when I say we had a great couple of days and learnt loads. There were only 3 or 4 Dales ponies there, the rest were 'other' breeds, I only took pics of the Dales! Was great to catch up with a few old friends and make some new ones too. Kirsty and Lummas Oscar Lynn and Roandale Banna doing some stationary training Zana and Sunglow Samuel doing ridden stationary training there's always someone that needs a pee.... Love this one of Kirsty and Oscar looking relaxed and bathed in sunshine

Thanks for posting these fabulous pics. It sounds like a brilliant and very interesting couple of days. I would have liked to go but it was just a bit too far for us.

It WAS a lovely clinic which while there were only a few Dales, they were exemplary and of course had lovely owners. The clinic focused on balance, and how we can aid and allow our ponies to stretch, bring up their withers and find their feet without forcing them into an unnatural frame which in dependent on the rider holding them up--and in. The ponies took to it happily with pronounced lengthening in their strides at walk, which Zana says is the foundation pace too often ignored in a hurry to get on with it, and if their riders' grins were any testament to their delight in having found such harmony, I'd say it was a win-win. The warmbloods and tbreds worked on balance as well. Looking forward to enjoying ZJ clinics soon here in the states! Will post some of my photos when I get them downloaded. It was great meeting Kirsty and Oscar and Fi and Young Sam!
