Hacking nicely alone and with company, and proving to be a real favourite down the yard. He's already popped a little cross county course, so I'm really looking forwards to our new adventures. I'm going to have to wait for his mane to grow out - as he was previously hogged - but it's already grown quite a bit since I've had him |

Well done Mike, glad he's settling in well and you're already having fun together, shame he was hogged but his mane will soon grow. He looks lovely and you look good together.

I am liking where you have to ride. Look forwards to updates of your adventures. It does look lovely doesn't it, Stamford and the surrounding area is one of my favourite areas, until 13 years ago we lived near Huntingdon and always intended to move 20 miles or so up the A1 when I retired, but unexpected redundancy forced relocation to Suffolk instead and now my husband doesn't want to move again.
My daughter and her husband want us all to buy a place together with enough land for our combined 4 ponies in Lincolnshire but we can't persuade the old man at the moment. I do like Suffolk and the riding is good but it would be lovely to have the ponies together and ride with Amanda more than just occasionally.
Love the lovely sandstone buildings and pretty villages around there and Stamford is such a lovely town.
