Not me riding I hasten to add. My friend was taking their ponies, so I met them there and her daughter Lucy rode Alice for me. Just a local place, it was a Trailblazers day. She went in the 60cms, and it was all too much for Alice, spooked at the photographer on the way in, then calmly trotted round, had one pole down, and one refusal (then jumped from a standstill). Got 5th place. She then went in the 65cms, managed a canter all the way round, clear round! Didn't get placed, but somehow qualified for the Trailblazers final at Hickstead?? I have to admit that the standard of the competition was not very high, but she was a good girl. Don't think she's jumped since last year. love my pony xx
