Oh lucky you. I never have time for a christmas ride. Glad you managed to miss the rain!

There were just the 2 of us and we didn't have dinner until the evening as usual, in fact at hubby's request we had fish and chips and will go for full roast tomorrow, so I had plenty of time.
Unfortunately I didn't get my planned ride on Em this morning as somehow I managed to pull a muscle in my lower back yesterday, not sure how, the only thing I can think about is on way home I turned my body to look behind before crossing the road and a walker appeared round the corner and made Connie jump as my body was turned, only a little jump but it's all I can think about.
I hope it doesn't last too long, I hate not being able to ride.

Oh dear, I've done that a few times - pulled something in my back turning round while riding. It usually eases off after a day or so. Hope yours does the same.
