Our DPS Area 16 Team Quest team had it's first outing yesterday. It was a last minute decision to enter and the organizer kindly squeezed us in. Competing yesterday were Charlie Carroll with Biggerside Eloise and Sue Warsap with Eric (Fell), both doing the Intro test, Karen Carroll also on Eloise doing a Prelim test which she got a whopping 68% for and me on Harvey doing a Novice. All riders and ponies did extremely well. It was Charlie's first dressage test ever and Sue's 3rd! Our team came first- but we were the only team entered 
None the less, it still gives us full points on the leader board 
We have 2 more members on the team who didn't compete yesterday as only 4 can compete at any one time - they are Jade Stowell with Evanagillis Bron and Sheila Smith with Twywell Jaycee. We are wearing Dales Centenary rugby shirts and saddle pads to help promote the breed and our team name is "Up Fell and down Dale" after the 1930s book as we have one Fell in our team.
Charlie/Eloise and Sue/Eric:
Harvey thoroughly enjoyed himself. He may be a bit stiff compared to all the youngsters competing but he still thinks he's the best and so do I!
