Inca (Wolsey Quebec) started our 2016 foaling season with a pretty, black filly born at 11pm last night. Dad is our roan stallion King (Coverdales Carnival King). Inca had a text-book foaling; blue bag to birth within 6 minutes. Filly standing and suckling within the hour. Placenta 2 hours later. It's names beginning with G in France this year, but as this filly is more than likely reserved to a lovely french lady who has been patiently waiting for a filly from Inca for 4 years, we have decided to let her choose the name - although we have given her a list of choices. She can't go totally off-piste Photos of "Kingmaker 1" at 8 hours old :
