We're having a busy, but delightful Spring, with 5 babies on the ground, and 2 more still to come
The 2 oldest foals GAIA (black Dales filly) and GALAHAD (dark bay, possibly seal-brown) Fell x Dales are growing nicely and although they are half brother and sister - both having been sired by our bay roan stallion Coverdales Carnival King - they have very different personalities.
Galahad is sweet, fun and friendly and loves to play rough, colt games. He also seems to like jumping and will seek out patches of nettles and fallen logs to practice his talent
Gaia is much quieter, very feminine and intelligent - she uses her brain to veer off round patches of nettles, rather than waste energy jumping them!

Gaia has been reserved to a french lady called Nicole who lives in the Limousin region of France. She has been waiting for a black filly from Inca (Wolsey Quebec) for 3 years, after she lost out on Destiny who I chose to sell to Penny. Nicole has visited our stud on several occasions, so she is delighted to finally get her pony
Galahad is FOR SALE after weaning in October 2016. We expect him to mature around 14.2hh and make a genuine, enthusiastic all-rounder.
Now for the new foals.
Our New Forest mare Moorbridge Solitaire gave birth to her first foal on 2nd May; a gorgeous buckskin tobiano colt who we have named Going For Gold, pet name "Bling".
Bling's sire is a stunning, sooty buckskin Poney Francais de Selle stallion called Box Office du Péna, whose own father was the Hanoverian stallion Welcome Sympatico, who had an international show-jumping career for Karin Ernstig in Germany. Bling has been bred for jumping and dressage and is already demonstrating some very classy moves. He is super friendly and super confident and thoroughly over-indulged by his very proud mum!

Then we have 2 Dales foals Galileo and Galaxy, but I'll do new threads for them....
