Debbie - I didn't go myself but quite a few of the "old Dalesfans" did and the older mares found perfect homes - one to Penny and Alison. I think the owners decided to keep the stallion themselves in the end.

We (myself and Penny) actually ended up with the three old mares, Eveline, Katy & Samantha, and Samantha's colt foal They are all together at my house, I'll get Penny to add some pictures The auction was very well attended, and the prices were good. They have all gone to great dales homes - we all rock!! |

So pleased they all got good homes at decent prices. I hate seeing any equine, esp Dales, sold for a pittance.
