The company is trying to be helpful, but alas the neck cover arrived today and guess what? Yep, the exact same problem all over again. When I phoned in and gave the order number the gal could not believe they hadn't checked and verified the cover size before shipping it out. I daresay heads will be rolling over this one. I'm getting quite a collection of medium sized neck covers. ;D

With sooty I bought a large one and got the girl in the local tack shop to alter it slightly, he's had it for 2 winters and it's still going strong.

OOOHHHH, my goodness, what a night mare. I hope you manage to get the right size neck cover in the end. I think a photo will be needed as well, LOL.

At this point I think its fairly funny. The company seems to be tackling this one with bulldog determination to get it right no matter what. I started to get frustrated yesterday; afterall, its been a month now that I've tried to get this neck cover for her, and this is getting a bit old. Then I thought, whether I'm ticked or laugh it off, it won't get here any sooner, so why waste energy getting ticked? Its easier to just laugh and be amused. It'll get here. Eldon thinks it'll finally arrive when she no longer needs it, but there's always next winter.

Probably arrive in the middle of a drought when you're begging for rain... and fit perfectly!
