We are due our first foal very, very soon! We put our mares in foal very early in 2007 because of circumstances; this means our foundation mare Penny is due to pop very shortly! THis will be her fourth foal, and her fourth foal by Big Magic  Everyone is on foal watch (except me as I'm at uni!) - and she is looking likely to have the foal any time soon - she is absolutely enormous, very soft on her bottom and has bagged up nicely. Not long to go!! |

Oh wonderful, hoping to hear the good news very soon!  Fingers crossed for an easy, straight forward birth. Please remind me, Laura, who was Penny's last foal? I always seem to get them muddled up.  |

Penny's last foal was Rosie (Nipna Damask Rose) - she's also had Clemmie (Nipna Clematis) and Lottie (Nipna Ballota Nigra) - not sure what she'll have this year but as long as it's healthy and happy then that's the main thing!
