Are not used to riding!
Rode out with YM on her stallion yesterday- he loves long hacks and wont go home willingly
so we did a fair hack. Lots of trot and canterwork and some horrible roadwork which is a must to get to the super canter tracks 
However Yeti has improved so much on the roads we now go on the outside as Z is only 3. He was a superstar ;D
Today I went with M for a steady tootle in search of floods We had heard a usually fast back road was closed so off we went!!! Got to the flooded bit and a 4x4 got through. A clio thought about it- then reversed back up. So we went for it- both of them splashed through, Yeti even trotted to create more splash (we are seriously big kids....) and we went furthur to explore. Clio followed us through- not sure how it made it!!! We were knee deep at one point. Saw how deep it was by the church (the road isnt visable! must be under 6' plus of water) and came back. Yeti dived straight in, ears pricked.
We are determined to do some endurance and XC this year so I needed to make sure we're water proof!
Fab, but long hack. And my legs are now grumbling!
If the weather holds we're aiming for Escrick next week for a tootle (if we can find the way in ) and then the pleasure ride there on 24th Feb.
