As you will have guessed from the title, Thor went on his first hack out today. Steve took him out for us and said that he was a total star, not bothered by anything and seemed to thoroughly enjoy himself apparently. Unfortunately, I was at work but Steve gave me a full report on him and said that he was so good apart from the fact that he was very vocal, whinnying at everyone !!!
I am sorry if you are all getting fed up with me being a gushing, proud mummy but I am just so proud of the little lad and how he is doing and VERY, VERY grateful to Steve for all his help, we couldn't do any of this without him so a massive thank you to him.
I must point out that his hack was all on his own, with no other horses for company as I do not want him to get into the habit of thinking that he will always have someone else with him and he was totally happy to be on his own.
Wish that I had some pictures to post for you but unfortunately I was stuck behind my desk while it was going on.

That first hack out is a huge step forwards, no wonder you are so proud and excited!
