Years ago there used to be some cassettes that you listened to when you were schooling, presumably giving you movements to do.
Can anybody remember their name and/or if they are still around.
I can't find them on the net.

I read about some fairly recently and thought they sounded a very good idea. I was tempted to get some. I can't remember their name either but I know they are available.
