Awww poor boy! Hope he picks up and keeps improving...sounds like you are doing all you can for him. Hopefully his feet will improve as we go into autumn/winter - merlins do..we just have to get through the dry dry summer first though!!

UPDATE - Kept shoes on for 3 weeks up to now!! Bought formula4 feet instead of farriers formula, on reccomendation. Been painting them every day with the hoof moisturiser too. Weighed him today, and guess what, 634k now!! Must be the baileys no4 conditioning cubes, seem to be working for Rambler. Fingers crossed he keeps it up! The old mac boots are here and waiting for him to lose a shoe, mark my words, bet he doesnt lose one now!!
