I,m a big fan of Bach rescue remedy, I have used it on a couple of the ponies and noticed a big difference.

I use arnica, witch hazel and have used lavender oil and Bachs rescue remedy on the ponies (good one to have on hand for humans too). I have used teatree oil for rainscald and citronella for flies and midges.
It may not be exactly naturopathic but we always have epsom salts around too - good for soaking and fomenting.
