Brilliant news! How often are you having to have the steroid injections redone?
Im about to start Mickey on riaflex complete having seen JG has had some success with it on SU for ringbone.

I think its all connected to the fact that even though he is sound he is still not using his right hind the same as his left hind so will see what she says tomorrow.
Emily thats really interesting to hear, let me know how you get on. Steriods injections once a year I think.

Will do! Lucky you, my expensive field ornament has them every 6 weeks but thats for his ringbone rather than his spavin.

Well he was really sore in his poll on both sides and down the front of his right shoulder and the right side of his back. All sorted now so a few days off then we will see how we go. Even better news is that NFU have paid all my vets bill today-woohoo!

Im trying riaflex with Mickey but the cold seems to be hitting him hard  Will bear the maxivita in mind and I think he's probaby due for his next steroid |
