I have only just seen this too and I am just so glad everything is now ok with Jay. You have had your problems with your animals recently, but hopefully they are all now mending happily.

Thank goodness Jay is on the mend & feeling more like himself. Colic is such anguish as you & the vet do what you can and then wait & see how things go. Hope your lab is on the mend as well. Usually I'd say that dogs are a bit earier to keep clean & dry (than ponies) to let it heal but maybe not a lab, much as they love water. Hope mum & pups are doing well too.
