I've never heard of these Lesley but I can't see that the 'revolver' part would make that much difference.
I know it's supposed to provide independent side action but I am not sure quite how effective that would be in a loose ring double jointed bit, which already has a fair amount of play.
I may be wrong though!

I use one on Rose and she loves it. I like them because I don't have to worry about my hands as much, just incase they twitch or something. I have the loose ring happy mouth version.
