Fantastic!! Aren't you supposed to have a groom??!! (Dumb question time!!) Yes, my mum comes in as groom. But in Private Driving classes the groom does not actually go round in the carriage. The grooms just come in and stand at the side of the ring and come over and stand at the horses heads when we stand in the line up while everyone is doing there individual show and they get the spares kit out for the judges inspection at the back of the carriage. Here is a photo of us last year at Moffat show with my mum standing with him during the line up.

I met Kaz and William yesterday at Hopetoun and I can vouch for the fact that he looked stunning! Its the first time I've ever met William and I thought he was adorable. (And he has lovely paces too...)

I've learned so much in here about driving! Thanks for asking the 'not so dumb' question regarding the groom I wasn't even aware you had to have one. What is in the spares kit?? You two really look fanatastic together Its so nice that William's taken so eagerly to the carriage.
