I dont cut anything up! Keeps them entertained much longer if they have to munch them up by themselves

I daresay I'll be doing the same with the veg. She's getting really bored waiting for the springtime grass to come up. Carrots are next on the agenda

I do whole turnips for Scout and big chunks for Tomas(i gave him a whole turnip and cause he had a few baby teeth left, his mouth was bleeding i felt awful, bad parent, and mid size carrot slices for both

Easily done! Poor James....at least mouths heal quickly. I half suspect Blossom's the same with her baby teeth.....probably happier with the smaller pieces just now. I tried her on a whole carrot yesterday. The heck with that! She tried to get the whole thing in her mouth !!! Darned near succeeded too. I ended up with a little nib when she chomped down, and she was in too much of a hurry to get the rest I was holding. Methinks it'll be better to get her veg into smaller pieces at least til she gets the idea of chewing. What's funny is if its smaller bits, she does chew them better. Who knows
