Meet my new baby.......he is called Jasper at the moment, but I'm waiting to see if it suits him before it becomes permanent. Any other suggestions gratefully considered....... He's sitting on my shoulder in these pics. He's watching TV from the safety of a cat igloo at the moment. Lena keeps going and sniffing and hissing a bit, but doesn't seem too bothered by him. Thanks to jacqui (nars) for putting me in touch......... And huge thanks to Leann for going with me to pick him up......

I like Jasper, but he could be Gismo with those years! I bet he grows into them soon! He is lovely.

He's spent the evening in the cat igloo. I eventually put it on the settee next to me so that I could stroke him and he rolled onto his back to have his tummy tickled. He's brave as long as he's in the igloo, but doesn't want to come out.... He even ate his supper in there LOL
I'll try and get some pics of the whole of him when he's being braver. He's got some pretty markings.....

Has he come out of the igloo yet? Has Lena accepted him now they've had a night together?

LOL - he hasn't come out voluntarily, Pam! I lifted him out for a cuddle this morning and he was happy enough to hide his head under my arm and enjoy being stroked. He's scoffed his breakfast inside his igloo LOL
I've got him in a dog cage so that he and Lena can get to know each other through the bars at first when I'm not around to referee - and to keep him safe while he's so tiny.
Lena has stopped hissing at him so I think they'll soon be friends
