I think I,m about to come down with a cold before Christmas  I went out today and bought that new product thats on the market, its called first defence, don,t know if anyone has tried it, last year I started to feel ill Christmas day and felt dreadful all over new year, I,m so annoyed. I HAVE, NT GOT TIME TO BE ILL! |

Well funnily enough Van loads of people around me have had the most awful colds/coughs/flu since the middle of November and Dave came down with a dreadful dose. I felt myself feeling bad and got First Defence, I used that along with taking echinacea, vit C tablets and eating loads of oranges and TOUCH WOOD I haven't had one bit of lurgy yet (hope I won't be regretting saying that!).
Normally I succumb to everything as I have a weak immune system; I don't know what has kept me cold free but it's definitely worth a try!

Such a bummer to feel bad at this time of year, hope it works for you Van. Our citrus trees are loaded at this time of year so we eat tons of fruit & usualy stay well so we're big believers in vitamin c & fruit to stay healthy.

Oh nooooooooo! I hope you are wrong and you've fought it off by now! Maybe we should all move out to Nancy's - I just love the idea of fresh citrus fruits plucked straight off the trees this time of year.  |

First Defence is great - but you've got to use it the minute you think you're getting a cold.
I'm starting my third this month and am VERY VERY fed up - but I think I'm fighting it off because I don't feel too poorly.
