I was so disgusted at the weight I had put on last Christmas I made a concerted effort to try and lose some weight and am today one stone lighter than this time last year!!

Ideally I'd love to lose another stone but even half will do! The test will be when my hungry family arrive tomorrow and whether I can stay on the straight and narrow over the festive period ...
