I know we are trying to be good after Christmas and the new year, but today I came back home from the yard around lunchtime and had some Heinz Tomato soup with some cheese on toast its a combination that I love and it just got me thinking about what other people like, I know a friend of mine years ago loved to eat a packet of salt and vinegar crisp with maltesers hmmmm not sure about that one lol.

I like peanut butter, grated apple and chopped up crispy bacon mixed together and piled on hot toast. Yum!!

Don't tell Blossom, but I found a gorgeous combination with a garlicky French cheese and slices of apple!! It is wonderful, but I certainly haven't told Blossom I've been dipping into her apples ;D

Cold chicken and cheese and onion crisps sandwich I've not had one for ages though (trying to be good) when I was young I used to like heated up tinned Tomatoes with hot buttered toast for brekkie, and I do like a cheese and apple sandwich or just the cheese and apple

Basically I love all food and am having heck of a time trying not to delve into the bag of chocolate biscuits/cakes/other goodies left from Christmas - I know once anything is opened that will be the start of the slippery slope! I'm sitting here dying to cut myself a slice of choc cake (which is open) but am going to try and stick to some red wine LOL! Probably what will happen is I'll have the wine then go and get some cake later |
