The Vetrap bandages that stick to themselves, well they are brill. I am still really struggling with my ankle, and have had a sports support on it, which isn't that good, but better than a lot of them.

Well i had a little brain wave (doesn't happen often,

LOL). So off i hobbled to my horsey first aid kit today, found a vetrap bandage and wrapped it around my ankle. Well it gives amazing support.

Buy them off ebay, you can get them much cheaper than at the vets or farm shop!
