The Vetrap bandages that stick to themselves, well they are brill. I am still really struggling with my ankle, and have had a sports support on it, which isn't that good, but better than a lot of them. Well i had a little brain wave (doesn't happen often, LOL). So off i hobbled to my horsey first aid kit today, found a vetrap bandage and wrapped it around my ankle. Well it gives amazing support.

Tip no 2! Buy them off ebay, you can get them much cheaper than at the vets or farm shop!

Same here, I used vetwrap when I dislocated my pinkie. Stuff works brilliantly!! ;D

Oh, you probably all ready know it, but don't sleep with it wrapped. You'll end up with a seriously sore foot in the morning otherwise
