I've just got my summer chaps in the post from JustChaps - and they're brilliant. They're made of synthetic leather, very lightweight and have perforations all over the front so that legs don't get sweaty underneath. The back panel is fully elasticated for a good fit. I got the brown summer cool ones, Gill - to go with my brown short boots. But I do have two pairs of the neoprene ones - a red and a green pair, and they're brilliant too, but a bit sweaty in warm weather!

Well, they've had a good test with this hot weather. And no sweating underneath them at all.
Also got a new ventilated hat (Polly Products - new design, only one I could get with all the relevant standards plus a kitemark) which is good too. It has a dial thing to adjust the hat to fit the head - I got away with the junior size which is VAT free and cost £22.
