I can't recommend these people highly enough. They have been fantastic getting Scruff returned home when he has gone missing. Scruff wears their phone number round his neck. They have someone manning the phones 24 hours a day. They have my home number, my mobile, Joe's mobile and a couple of back up numbers too. They are so helpful and kind and seem to understand even the most frightened, worried, lunatic women!

I think it is a very good service. If we had our own home number round his neck it would be useless if we were away from home as we wouldn't be there to answer the phone. If we are at home then we can still be out looking for him as they would phone our mobiles. They also have covered the first £500 of vet bills if he was injured. So they could authorise vet treatment immediately!

I feel much better knowing they are behind me if Scruff goes missing.

Oh thanks for the recommendation. I will look into it for Ben, who also has a habit of disappearing from time to time.

Is it expensive, Linda?

I can't remember exactly Sue. I think it was in the region of £70 for a lifetime membership with the vet cover included. I can't remember what the yearly fee would have been.
