I've looked through the recent thread on these boots and need some info from any of you who've bought a pair recently.
I love mine and they get loads of wear - I use them all year round. My current pair have just split on the foot and I've been looking at various web sites because I want to order a new pair ASAP. Mine are almost one year old and the pics I've seen of the ones being sold today appear to have altered the toe shape. Mine are quite round and roomy at the toe end but the boots now seem to be more pointy at the toe which would be no good for me. What are yours all like at the toe? Why is it that whenever I finally find a pair of comfortable shoes they hve to change the design?

Pam, I got some for Nicki just before Christmas (via Vanda). You can see them tomorrow and check how different the shape is. They are size 7 so maybe you can try them for size?

Pam I can never remember which are the Tynes and which are the Tacks, but I have both, and they are both nice and roomy round the toes. They feel a bit tight when I first put them on but soon give a little and are prefectly comfy. And I have rather knobbly feet so need wide and comfy shoes - 'disorganised joints' my Chiro called them lol!!

Jane - LOL at disorganised joints! I love the description and it definately applies to my feet!
Jacqui - that would be great if I could have a look. My old ones are 7s but look very different at the toe to the ones I've seen advertised.
