 Yesterday morning at 11am Freya had a lovely filly foal. Mum and baby doing well.  Still wet  Hello Mum  Investigating everything  Keeping Mum on her toes  Sweetie pie

You got a FILLY!!!! Brilliant! She's absolutely gorgeous Lesley - you must be over the moon! That second pic has brought tears to my eyes...it's so touching.
Many, many congratulations to you - and to Freya of course.
Any names yet?

Congratulations! Brilliant news!  What wonderful pics, such a cute little filly. I'm delighted the birth went smoothly and they are both doing well. Doesn't Mum look proud of her little foalie? |

Thanks everyone. I am absolutely thrilled with her. Freya is such a good mum. She has been protecting her from all the other ponies - Midi, Amber, Poppy and Storm one side, Mina on another side and my neighbour's two Rosie and Freddie on the other side. As you can imagine they are all fascinated by the new arrival! She now has a name. Stoneybank Shamrock (for luck) Roxy for short. It really suits her too. Will update with more pics later........ ;D |
