Are there any tickets left? Saw the poster when I took Yeti up there for xray on Monday. Working until 6.30 but its a 10 min max drive to Ledston so may go if I can persuade someone else to go too and there's tickets left!

The clinic was wonderful - if a trifle long? ?It started at 7 and ended about 11, but it was worth every minute. Ken was on good form - highly entertaining and Sarah's Streak put on an excellent demo for the assembled crowd. Ken worked with a young dressage horse - been under saddle for about 9 weeks and already blocking with its shoulder - it started as a slightly off-balance youngster and finished as a supple, rounded andsoft horse. What a transformation! Well worth going if there is another one any time. Well done Sarah!

Don't know if any other Dalesfans managed to get there, but Ken was certainly on good form. Watching CousCous back up in a soft and elevated outline from Ken's suggestion whilst standing behind Couscous and totally at liberty was certainly an excellent reminder that true self carriage only comes from engaging the mind of the pony, and not by pulling! Also enjoyed his demo of doing quarters in/out, shoulders in/out etc with Couscous just wearing a halter and one rein...... that horse is looking so beautifully soft and responsive. I really enjoyed watching the recently started horse transform into an altogether more thoughtful and willing partner....... and Streak, well I was pleased with her too. She coped with my nerves very well! Hoping a friend may send me a DVD with a few photos on, and if so, I'll pop one or two on here. Ken was definitely enjoying it way too much! Don't think he wanted to stop at all, but it had been a very loooooooong day!

well done sarah, had to rush off at the end before elaine turned into a pumpkin or icecube or something. streak looks fantastic, lovely muscle development, a real tribute to your careful training. well worth watching. contrasting and comparing ken, dave, charlotte, andy booth, ray, gavin schofield, carl hester and jayton hunt is blowing my mind right now!!!

Thanks Alison! Sorry I didn't get to chat with you at all. Sounds like the EE do was good, then! I always like to have plenty to think about!
