our 1st show - results! (added link to pics!)

I'd just like to thank everyone who gave me the great advice about our 1st show. Despite it raining constantly yesterday, we had a great time and Jay was on his best behaviour!

We were placed in all 3 classes...we got two 2nds and one 3rd!!!

Yay!!!!!

The photographer got some lovely pictures, so I'll see if I can put a link up when he's put them on-line.

Thanks everyone!!! I would have been really pleased if he'd just behaved himself, but to do so well as well I was gob-smacked! The judges were very complementary about him as well, which was lovely. I'm sending off for the next show schedule as we speak!
I even has 3 different people asking about his breeding...they thought he had some friesian in him?!? All I know is that he's a dales cross, but that he's a bit taller and perhaps slightly less chunky. Hopefully the photos from the show will be up soon, because I'd appreciate any of your thoughts on what he may be crossed with.
