Yesterday Sooty went to our local riding club junior ODE we didn't know it was on until that morning so we just grabbed him from the field and daughter took him down. He has never done a dressage test in his life and we didn't see the test until we got there, so in he went with my friend calling the test out. God love him he did really well, just lost it abit in canter. He went clear jumping and clear x country and he WON. Daughter was SO pleased!! I am so proud of them he truely is a little gem.

Well done!!! I wish I could just do it 'off the cuff'!!! LOL I have to practise whatever we do - and even then it goes pear shaped!
I bet there are smiles all round at your house!!!

Thank you, it often seems to work better if we just do something off the cuff. If we plan and practice for ages we usually make a mess of it on the day. I think he was just in a really good mood and enjoying himself.
