After parting company last night with Paddy I vowed to get it round the really novice course at the yard show. This morning, feeling rather stiff and less brave I gave it a go. Im so so pleased, Ive only ever jumped 1 tiny cross on him and we managed the full course. Even better we won the class. Ok only 2 people in it but Im so pleased. I bottle out in the 2nd class but still pleased.
Then it was Yeti's turn- flew around the novice with 4 faults. Not jumped him in ages and he seemed to enjoy himself. 4 faults in the intermediate too.
Then chase me charlie- I always bottle out after 2/3 rounds. Went in and knocked it down after 3 rounds ish. However only 3 in so thought Id carry on. We kept going, and going. He was an absolute star and I jumped by far the highest Ive ever jumped. Someone got a fab pic that I cant wait to get hold of!!!
Im so pleased its untrue- Ive always been a nervous jumper, not only did I get back on Paddy, jump it and make it do as it was told I have gained so much confidence today its untrue.
