At Cheshire tomorrow, Rocky is being judged by Mr E Blockley. What should I expect?? Will he be nice to us??? ANyone come across him before??

Small world! He bred our new mare...Hodgson Lane prefix. Don't worry Hannah, he will definatly know his stuff and give you a good opinion of him.

he is lovely! we know him quite well. he does know his stuff, definately. you will get a fair judgeing from him hannah.

there shouldn't be any hodgson lane ponies in the class hannah..........unethical for anyone to show a pony under its breeder.

I have a hodgson lane pony. No way id put him in a class with his breeder as judge. Im told this guy is fantastic so you have no need to worry. He does breed nice stock though.

there are lots of rules on who you can and cannot show a pony under. breeder, his close family, previous producer etc.
good luck and remember that that were you come is the judges view of your pony on that day, as we know some days you can have a bored pony and another it will shout 'look at me'
