Try ropelady.com.
Quite a few people from here suggested that to me, and I've been pleased with the ropes. You can have whatever total length you want, and I think they measure them by the total amount of rope (ie including the amount needed to form the halter and the leadrope).
Ropelady advised me on what diameter rope to go for too. Thinner for youngstock; thicker for increasingly big/chunky types!

We have had good halters from Outhwaites the ropemakers at Hawes and several friends in the North of England recommended them. Try www.ropemaker.com or www.ropemaker.co.uk (I think they both work)
