Took Tilly and Rocky today, we had a great day. Rocky (complete with winter coat) made the cut into the top 10 in the in hand veteran which was a big class. He ended up with 10th place which is an amazing result for the old lad. Then Tilly in the coloured, she won ;D. Got a huge rosette, the best sash we've ever had and a trophy plate. They got nowhere in the ridden veteran and in hand coloured but never mind. The ridden veteran class was huge but Rocky managed to look the most happy to be there, he bounced around the ring, more or less in control and on the right leg. Here are the pics, Rocky is being ridden by one of our show jumpers by the way. Rocky in hand Tilly Rock ridden See I can be good Showing is such hard work (much more tiring than show jumping)

Well done, and what lovely photos! Rocky is doing so well, isn't he. I've forgotten how old you said he was..... was it 27 or so? Whatever, he is lovely and looks a very happy chappy! Tilly's a real headturner too!

Thanks very much everyone.
Sarah he's 30 this year going on 2. I thought he was going to disgrace himself and tank off in the ring but he managed to restrain himself. His canter was a bit more of a series of bounces than a true canter but he was so excited.
