sadly we had to miss the dps breed show, but all in all, we had a great day at lowther. took the little hairy fell "tommy" on his 2nd outing. he was a really good boy all day......stood on the wagon just eating and not making a sound [sighhhhhh.........lovely!] colin showed him in a strong class of 16 yearlings......colts, fillies and geldings and took first place! even had the honour of doing the parade of winners in lowthers main ring. our friend susans fell mare took the ridden class, very capably ridden by kathys daughter melissar............so we had a fantastic day with lots of celebrations and strawberries and cream! LOL we will be back at the dps next year........
