Just for you Bev, the trophy is only little but it has some engravings on back from the 1950's so its old!  The gold fronted rosette is presented to the Champion and Reserve at the championship, the silver is awarded at other shows through the season and by picking up that silver you are eligable to compete at the champs. |

Theres a new plinth been put on the bottom - all the names from about 1970 thru to early 2000 are missing sadly. We assume they have been removed to make room for the new plinth for new engravements

Thanks everyone, Magic is obviosuly feeling pleased with himself too, he has spent the whole day belting up and down and around his 5 acre field. I've had a bit of a sort out now and I found a better pic...  |

Hi,
Congratulations fantastic result I only wish I could have been there to present the prizes, I left early to get to the breed show and asked the President Mrs Joanna McInnes to do it on my behalf
I am sorry because it is a special bonus for me to see a Dales Pony standing with the best In-Hand Ponies in the UK.
Well done keep up the good work Dales Ponies can beat the best of all breeds.
