Hi All,
What colour shirt and tie is best with a blue tweed.
I've always worn a blue shirt and a blue tie with red dots. But I'm struggling to find a blue shirt atm.
Could I wear a cream shirt - and with what colour tie?
Cheers
Olivia

I think with a blue tweed a white or cream shirt will look fine! with either a red tie or a blue tie the tie you have got sounds fine!

Nic's last jacket was a blue tweed and she always wore a white shirt with a navy tie which had small red spots on - she always looked very smart. We only replaced the jacket as she grew!

I have worn a light blue shirt, and blue tie with a blue tweed jacket before. I got the blue shirt at ASDA in the school department! Cheap and cheerful!

My jacket is blue/grey tweed and I wear a white shirt and a sky blue tie with darker blue dots on it

I think a cream shirt with a blue tie would be lovely. I always prefer cream rather than white, as it looks 'softer' and not as 'manish' if you know what I mean lol.

According to the SR it should be cream with a tie colour which 'lifts' your skin colour ;D. Apparently you wouldn't want to look 'washed out'. I'm afraid whatever I wear I end up looking either washed out or just dirty as I've done all the grooming.
