Anna - I have been meaning to send you some more pics of Rocky! He has definitely changed so much! My digital camera batteries are dead again! Some bright spark keeps only half shutting the shutter, so the battery wears down! They cost £10!!! AAGGGHHHHH!!!! Hopefully there will be some official ones there!! Maybe I will get Emma to take some! We have BHS NW Counties champs on Saturday too! Poor Rocky!!!!!
As for it being too far away! I must admit, I think it is a strange location!! I can't complain though! It is only about 2 miles from my yard (max.). For all the people who struggle because of distance, if it is in the same place next year, I am sure I will be able to help arrange stabling!

we've qualified three............barni, tommy and daniel [twice] in the ridden. not sure whats going on yet, so may or may not see you sunday hannah. god luck anyway.

Ah, it would be great to see you Karen if you do make it!!! If you are there, I hope you can see a difference in Rocky!! He is still brown, but much chunkier I think! I am just starting to get him used to rugs so that the uv/fly sheet next summer doesn't come as a big shock (and even bigger expense if he wrecks!!). I can't guarantee that he will behave because he has been having a rest for the last 3 weeks. He was just getting a bit stale to the in-hand thing, so we shall see if the little rest has done any good. Hmmmm, could have the opposite of the desired effect, but at least we have a show on Saturday to get back into it before SUnday!!

Ha ha!! Is that a bit of a reminder of Great Yorks Alison? I should be ok, because I am close to home, so will get a good nights sleep in my own bed the night before!!! I think Yorks was a mixture of SERIOUS nerves, lack of sleep and my strange menieres dizziness migraine type thing!!!!! Hasn't happened to me since!!!! |

We qualified but cant go because its the CHAPS championships this weekend. Its a long way too after trailing to Keysoe last week.
