This weekend sees the last of our shows for this year. We are doing Stokesley on Saturday and Nidderdale on Monday then that is it until the foal shows. Is anyone going to either? I hate this time of year as once the shows finish you know the winter is just around the corner.

Thanks Karen. Good luck for Sunday. We have nps area 4 so will see you there. I'll be on sticks as I have my operation next week but never mind. Ian may need help getting Melanite out of the wagon. She'll go in but has difficulty coming out. Not bright!!! The m&M judge is John Helmes and the Grummit sisters are doing the ridden. Schedules will be out in the next week or so. We have 3 other foal and youngstock in November then nothing until NPS Spring show on March 24th. Its red hot here today as well.

We are not at either of those shows Norma, but good luck.
We are a bit the same as Karen, and some of the shows will no doubt be the same. LOL May bring out one or two of the less experienced of our girls to one or two of the shows, as they can learn such a lot at them, even if at the end of the day showing is not the career intended for that animal, - hope you know what I mean.
We have a RC show on Sunday too, then for us I think the Summer season is actually over. Nice to get to one or two of the winter ones though, just to keep our hands and hooves in.

Hi Karen - he is a welsh judge and on the welsh panel. He breeds welsh cobs and a few section A's. He also makes superb show halters via the Colwyn tack Centre.
He is the nicest most genuine man you could ever wish to meet. He loves all breeds and is really hot on type. I think everyone will have a good day.
Who is judging the foal classes at Area 4?
